Craig Montana of our sister-station, KWHI, did a live broadcast of the announcement for the 2016 Brenham Maifest Royalty on Sunday afternoon, January 17. The Junior Queen is third grader Ellie Van Dyke, and the Junior King is fourth grader Austin Cone. The Senior Court will have two Queens, Seniors Madison Tomachefsky and Hannah Damon. The King is Junior Colson Altman. The Brenham Maifest will take place Friday and Saturday, May 6 and 7 at Firemen’s Park in Brenham.
