Here are some rules for winning on KTEX 106!
- Employees of KTEX 106 and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Sponsors of contests, their employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
- If you call KTEX 106, you agree to the recording and use of your voice “on air” as part of the contest and in promotional ads.
- You can only win one prize per 30 day period on KTEX 106.
- Tickets not claimed 24 hours before the event become property of KTEX 106.
- Prizes not claimed after thirty days become property of KTEX 106.
- Prizes won on KTEX 106 may not be resold.
- KTEX 106 and promotional sponsors are not responsible for expenses incurred other than ones stated in promotion.
- KTEX 106 is not responsible for any injury, either emotional or physical while participating in promotion contests.
