The Washington County Ladies Lions Club will meet Monday, September 25 at noon at the Cannery Kitchen. Past International Director Lion Joe Al Picone will award five Melvin Jones Fellowships. These MJF are the top awards available for Lions internationally, made possible following the $5,000 donation to LCIF disaster from the annual fundraiser. New member installation, collection of items for the Casa for Kids, homebound seniors and recycle eyeglasses will also be done. The public is invited to attend, RSVP is not required, but lunch is available.
