- Sponsors of Armadillo Hi Lo, their employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
- By playing Armadillo Hi Lo you agree to the use of your voice or image by KTEX 106 on the air during the contest or on promotional ads.
- KTEX will play the first Armadillo Hi Lo weekday mornings at 7:35; and give the prior days highest and lowest guesses. Listen for the cue to call, be the 12th caller. Make your guess, we will tell you if you are too high or too low. KTEX will play the cue to call 4 other random times throughout the day. When you guess the exact amount of dollars and cents you will win that amount. DJ’s are not allowed to repeat what the guessed amount was after it has already aired.
- If the jackpot hasn’t been given away by the last play of Friday, that jackpot amount will be added to a new jackpot starting the following Monday morning.
- By calling the KTEX contest line during Hi Lo, you agree to the recording and use of your voice “on air” as part of the contest and in promotional ads.
- If you are a winner on KTEX you can only win one Armadillo Hi Lo prize per family during the contest.
- Prizes not claimed after thirty days become property of KTEX.
- KTEX and promotional sponsors are not responsible for expenses incurred other than ones stated in promotion.
