Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce hosting two ribbon cuttings on Friday, December 6, 10AM at 5145 Main St., for the new Chappell Hill Visitor Center and Chamber Office and for Artist Tony Anthony Caporina “across the hall” neighbor, who we will celebrate his return to Chappell Hill with his own ribbon cutting, coffee and pastries will be provided
