BBQ COOK-OFF AND BAKE COMPETITION

VENDOR INFORMATION

Event will be held on Saturday, July 29^th from 9:30am to 3pm

Location is at the VFW Post 4692, 794 N Harvey Mitchell Pkwy, Bryan 77807

All fees are non-refundable, and the deadline for fee payment to reserve your booth space is Friday, July 8th at 5pm.  If fees are not paid by that time your space will be released to another vendor.  Each fee covers $50 standard vendor.  Food vendor fee is $75.

The event is a one-day event to bring the community out, have the kids participate in a couple of fun competitions, invite local business to showcase their wares and services and have a lot of fun!  There will be a bounce house, face painting, food and games.  It will be hosted by DREAM BIG WHILE YOUNG, a community youth nonprofit and the VFW Post 4692, a prominent military organization here to assist our veterans who have served this country faithfully.

Please note NO EARLY BREAKING DOWN OF VENDOR BOOTHS, prior to 7pm.

You will receive instructions via email approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Each vendor will be responsible for registering with the City of Bryan Permits department for your individual permit which carries a fee around $4.  This is mandatory if you do not register you will not be able to participate.

Applications after this date is $15 cash only, at the event.

This date is necessary in order to secure grills and tools.  Jr. Cook-off participants will need to bring their seasonings and containers to sauté.  We will provide the meat.

Baked items (cookies/cupcakes/cakes/nondairy pies) should be brought to the event already done.

Liability Release: I hereby release Dream Big While Young and VFW Post 4692 from ALL responsibility in case of accident or injury during any event activities occurring on post property.
