Performances of The Living Last Supper (Bellville)

Bellville Methodist Church will be hosting the Living Last Supper performance on Maundy Thursday evening, April 2nd.  There are 2 performances, one at 5.30 pm and the other at 7:30 pm.  Both are held in the Methodist Activity Center adjacent to the church.  The public is invited to attend; there is no charge and no ticket is required.

Leonardo diVinci’s famous painting of The Last Supper comes to life as local businessmen portray the 12 disciples and Jesus.  It’s a powerful presentation that attracts a full house every time the play is performed.

While the performance is held at the Bellville Methodist Church, the cast is made up of  members of various religious congregations in Bellville. Communion will be offered after each performance.
