The Washington County Amateur Radio Club will host an Amateur (Ham) Radio Technician License Class on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 21–22, at Christ Lutheran Day School.
Instruction will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, followed by testing from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday. No background in electronics or Morse code is required.
The class is open to anyone interested in amateur radio, but enrollment is limited to 20 people. Children 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Participants must register by Feb. 17 at https://w5aum-tech-class-2026.eventbrite.com
