The “Voice of the Cubs” for the past 25 years, the Sports Doc Ed Pothul, also known as “Doc Holiday” has returned to work at KTEX/KWHI after suffering a stroke in late December. However, 
he is still going through rehabilitation, and faces numerous medical bills.

Ed has suffered a string of bad luck recently. Ed suffered a stroke in December, his father died suddenly in January, and his brother in February.
